How much does a coffee cart cost?
Our service starts at $499 for 2 hours and up to 50 guests. Most events land between $499 and $1,106, depending on guests, hours and location.
What's included in the price?
Baristas (usually two, always at least one), an espresso machine, beans, dairy and non-dairy milks, house-made syrups, cups and lids, setup and cleanup. Travel within Bryan–College Station is free.
Is there a deposit?
No deposit. You book by signing our catering agreement and saving a card, and nothing is charged that day. We email your invoice: pay it any time before your event, and anything unpaid is charged to your card on the morning of the event.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Texas taxes catering, so 8.25% sales tax is added to your quote as its own line. A gratuity you choose for the baristas isn't taxed.
